Forensic risk assessment
Assessment consists of a comprehensive file review, clinical interview, administration of a range of actuarial and/ or structured forensic risk assessment tools, brief assessment of mood and cognitive functioning, provision of a clinical opinion regarding any relevant mental health diagnoses and offending behaviour risk factors, and recommendations for offending behaviour and mental health treatment and support services.

Functional Behaviour Analysis and development of Positive Behaviour Support Plan
Assessment consists of a comprehensive file review, clinical interview and assessment, implementation of STAR chart behaviour recording system and subsequent behavioural analysis, provision of a clinical formulation of current presentation and factors driving complex and challenging behaviour, and the development of a preliminary positive behaviour support plan to address identified complex and challenging behaviours.

Brief clinical review
Assessment consists of a file review of relevant clinical information (e.g., a specific report), a brief clinical interview, and administration of brief measures of mood, personality and cognition (where appropriate), in order to review and provide opinion on relevant clinical matters. Typically a brief letter of opinion is provided in lieu of a comprehensive assessment.
